
In a nutshell, I find you extremely encouraging, you make us laugh, makes one feel better about oneself, have a variety of different exercises, if one takes strain on a certain machine you have alternative options. I enjoy been trained by you.

I started training with Jane in mid June having felt it was the last resort
being a miserable size 44 and weight of 101.6 kg. I tried everything to lose weight and nothing worked until I met Jane
and her program. To start off with training wasn't easy, but Jane was there
to encourage me and inspire me every step of the way. I was given
a very simple plan, and as the weeks moved on Jane intensified the program working on
the body parts that needed the attention. The program is uniquely designed to
fit your lifestyle and is very simple to follow. Knowing you are using the right
machines in the correct way to lose weight makes you work that much harder. With
a minimum training of 3-4 times a week it fits perfectly into anyone's
lifestyle and gives the results that we are looking for. Following the program
has changed my life for the better as I have lost an astounding 18.1kg and 37cm
bringing me to a size 38 in less than 6 months. With ongoing guidelines and
programs I believe I will reach my goal weight.
