CORPORATE FITNESS

GI JANE Personal Training has developed "the Corporate Fitness Solution."
We screen employee-clients with an Online Fitness Evaluation or On site in Durban. (Arrangements can be made for out of town companies). Based on individual results we then appropriately design each Personal Fitness Prescription. We can also train clients and provide an on-site fitness specialist depending on the extent of your needs. Various packages are available and will depend on the needs of the company.
BRIDAL “BOOTCAMP”
This package is especially for those of you needing to shed a few (or a lot) kg’s in order to look fab on your wedding day! The package includes:
- 3 sessions per week
- Menu plan and weekly monitoring and weigh-ins
- 12 weeks (depending on your wedding date)
- Cardio program to follow on your days without a trainer
- Daily contact to keep you on track!
BABY STROLLER CLUB
- Groups of 5-10 mom's
- Outside in the fresh air
- Train with your baby safe in their stroller right next to you
- A good mix of cardio and toning exercises to help get rid of your post-baby body!
